On the afternoon of November 28th, a team of four from Anton, a well-known Russian client (whose company name cannot be disclosed), visited our company as scheduled for a more rigorous second factory audit. The personnel accompanying the customer on the visit include the Foreign Trade Department, Production Department, Administration Department, Quality Department, and Technology Department.

First, let me briefly introduce the background of our major client in Russia. Anton's team is the largest company in the domestic vegetable oil extraction industry in Russia. This is their first cooperation with a Chinese factory. After more than a year, they conducted a comprehensive inspection of four large factories producing sodium metabisulfite in China and finally selected our Sanxiang Chemical as the partner. As we all know, the core audit of a product should include three types of audits Internal audit of office environment, personnel structure, production process (automation of product production process), mechanical equipment, factory environment, warehouse, product quality, etc.

II Third party audit refers to the audit of manufacturing factories by third-party testing agencies or system certification agencies in accordance with international standards, such as our company having obtained production licenses, ISO9001, IS022000 system certifications, etc.

III In recent years, with the increasing demand for product quality from major customers, customer review has become one of the most important methods. This approach not only directly reflects the strength of the enterprise, but also helps to provide more and higher suggestions and improvement methods, enabling the enterprise to strive for excellence.

For example, this Russian major client has been conducting phased inspections of four factories in China for over a year, and ultimately chose our Sanxiang Chemical. This indirectly confirms our company's extraordinary strength, with comprehensive strength superior to the advanced level in the same industry. Looking back at the first visit of a major Russian client to our company for inspection, it has been three to four months now. During this period, we have made thorough improvements to address the issues raised by the client. When they walked into our factory again, they were very satisfied with our production environment, warehouse, packaging, mechanical equipment, etc.
For the second audit, this inspection is not only to accept the issues raised in the first time, but also to conduct a comprehensive and focused audit of the on-site production process of the enterprise. Based on the differences in production processes, a more detailed and comprehensive inspection and review of the process documents, process flow, operating methods, inspection standards, environmental requirements, and safety protection of the process will be conducted.

During the visit to our company's factory equipment, the customer carefully observed the entire production process of our product and highly praised the color, content, absence of black spots, impurities, and clumping of our sodium metabisulfite. They also highly appreciated our mechanical equipment and automation processes, and raised questions and suggestions regarding the issues they observed.
In the warehouse, a careful inspection was conducted on the neatness of product placement, warehouse environment and hygiene, as well as packaging. Questions were asked about shipping, logistics, and other issues, and Manager Xiao and his accompanying personnel answered them one by one.

The rigorous attitude of the Russian customer led a team of four to arrive at the factory around 3:00 pm. They first discussed some basic issues in the conference room, and then began to visit the factory directly. They inspected the raw material storage, every production process, machinery and equipment, product quality testing, content testing, production environment, warehouse, etc., and promptly recorded any doubts for solutions. They left around 6 pm for more than three hours, and the conversation revolved around the product. Their rigorous and serious attitude, as well as their dedication to work, are admirable, including during the first factory audit.
