Hunan Yueyang Sanxiang Chemical Co., Ltd. held its 2025 Annual Summary, 2026 Work Objective Deployment & 2026 New Year Gathering. Looking back on 2025, Sanxiang Chemical adhered to the principle of ensuring quality and quantity, optimized production processes, strengthened equipment operation, and successfully completed annual production targets; the output of core products including sodium metabisulfite, sodium sulfite, and manganese carbonate increased steadily. In terms of technological innovation, guided by the corporate spirit of "Strictness, Pragmatism, Pioneering and Innovation", the company increased R&D investment, focused on core product upgrading, completed multiple process improvements, and appeared at international chemical exhibitions, demonstrating its innovative strength. In market expansion, based on the domestic market while deeply exploring the international market, the company’s products were exported to Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia; it received visits from foreign businessmen, and its cooperation territory continued to expand. General Manager Zheng emphasized that every achievement was inseparable from the diligent efforts of all employees and the strong support of colleagues from all walks of life. While affirming achievements, General Manager Zheng also clearly pointed out shortcomings in the company’s development. He noted that there was still room for improvement in equipment management and maintenance, in-depth market development, and refined production management. These problems were not only challenges but also important starting points for breaking through ourselves and achieving high-quality development in 2026. All employees should face up to shortcomings, fill weaknesses, and solve development problems with a pragmatic attitude. Looking ahead to 2026, General Manager Zheng clarified the company’s annual core work objectives and key tasks. He stressed that 2026 would be a crucial year for Sanxiang Chemical to transform, upgrade and move toward high-quality development. The company would focus on "Technology-driven, Green-enabled, Market-penetrated, Management-optimized" to strive for new breakthroughs. In production, promote automation and intelligent upgrading, deepen refined management, further reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency. In the market, consolidate core domestic customers, develop key customers, deeply explore overseas markets in Europe and Southeast Asia, and continuously enhance the influence of the "Sanxiang" brand. In safety and environmental protection, adhere to the bottom line, continuously optimize environmental protection facilities, ensure all indicators are better than national standards, and practice the concept of green and sustainable development. In team building, improve the talent introduction and training mechanism, introduce high-end technical and marketing talents, strengthen employee training, optimize the performance appraisal system, enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness, and push the overall development of the enterprise to a new level.
